Hello Amazon Team,
I have submitted Children Product Certificate and Test Report in order to open the related product listing but My account has been deactivated due to forged or manipulated documents. Contrast to this, My listing has been OPENED by Amazon but my account is still deactivated. Testing company authors has communicated to related Amazon department and They have confirmed that documents are original. I had submitted before again like this way in order to open my other listing, I did not encounter like this problem. I am using the same testing service company which recommended by amazon. I have submitted all documents (invoice, test application form, formed test reports etc.) that I have however I have not gotten any positive response from Amazon and my account is still at the same status. I am extremely disappointed from this situation and I need yours help. Thanks.
