Shipping time settings
Hi, Anyone here can help me? I set my shipping time to 2-3 days and the handling time is 1 day. But even if I set all my listings to my default template of 2-3 days. My item still shows that the estimated delivery is August 14-15 and is supposed to be delivered by 11-14 because the date now is August 8.
Anyone here can help me.

Here is what mine show for an order received this afternoon after I had already made my last PO run of the day:
Ship by date: Aug 9, 2023 to Aug 10, 2023
Deliver by date: Aug 15, 2023 to Aug 22, 2023
Amazon uses some weird internal calculator that is NEVER right and trying to 'fine tune' it is useless.
I have my orders set as shown on the slide since I don't need the added pressure from Amazon or anyone else. I still get orders and love feedback saying -"it arrived several days early."

The calculation of transit time is incorrect. I set my transit time to 2 to 3 days and the handling time is 1. Today is Monday, August 4 my EDD should be August 7 - 8 because of my set transit time and handling time.
But the calculation from Amazon in incorrect and the support can't help.
