What to select in the workflow for individual units made of 3 parts, packed in boxes and then in larger boxes
Hi everyone!
It's my first time and I need a little help figuring out the options in the workflow. I have a product that has 3 different parts (a broom head, and a broom pole divided into two parts). Is this considered individual unit? Is there a risk they might open the box and split the pieces? Each broom is packed in individual boxes with a barcode (I selected that I would use my own barcode). Then, the boxes are placed into larger boxes (20 individual items per box). Where in the workflow should I explain that, and do I label both the outer boxes and the inner individual boxes? Thanks so much!

Hi @Seller_qNvV8eovn7bMW,
Dominic from Amazon here, you are doing everything exactly right. Those three parts are considered one individual unit. As long as the box with the unit has the FBA Barcode and the larger box has the shipping label, you should be good to go!
Best,
Dominic
