Overage Fee for inventory limit
In Dec 2023, the amazon send reminding to us for low inventory, and ask us to send more inventory(pls see attached picture). In that time , I see there are still lots of large space for sending new inventory left. So we send more inventory to amazon within inventory limit.
But in 4th Feb 2024, we found that we have charged for 1933 usd for overage fee of Jan 2024(pls see attached picture). That means every day we have pay overage fee which is beyond our profit.
And we notice that units storage size becomes 0.2021 ft3(it should be 0.0061 ft3 of each item) . That's why storage limits is over. And we requrest remeasuring, but we don't know if it will be caculate again and correct it to true size.
Now we don't know how to deal with this problem.
We really need help.

What was the outcome of your request? Can I have that case ID to take a look?
If your on-hand inventory plus shipments on the way to our fulfillment centers exceeds your capacity limit, you’ll be blocked from creating new shipments to Amazon. You’ll also be blocked if you are below your capacity limit, but the quantity of units that you’re attempting to ship would result in exceeding your limit.
On your FBA dashboard you will find a list of all of your active FBA listings, along with their storage type (standard-size, oversize, apparel, footwear, flammable, or aerosol) and how much volume the ASIN is taking up (available units x volume per unit = cubic feet). This will help you calculate any overage fees.
