How to fix "Another account has claimed ownership of this Store"?
This issue has been raised by other sellers. Unfortunately, I've run into this, too. (please see the attached screenshots)
Yes, I've got my brand enrolled, and afterwards, I've successfully opened my store page and uploaded some photos there. Probably I didn't fill in the right information, because after I published my store, my access was instantly denied. So I opened a case, and quickly got a reply, which included a link indicating I could edit my store to correct my mistake.
This clink is supposed to direct me to my store and allow me to edit it, but instead it keeps bringing me back to the error page--"Another account has claimed ownership of this Store". Now I'm totally lost. It's like a loop that I could never get out.
I contacted the support center, and raised this issue in my caselog, but seems I'm not getting anywhere so far. So can anyone help me out?

I opened a case and raised this issue again to Amazon's Ads support team. And this time I got a positive reply that the "change has been made" and I've got my store back.
I think the mistake I made was probably I put extra letters in the brand box instead of just putting EST-- the brand that I registered. And the system decided that was a violation.
Anyway, problem was solved, although it took a week to finally fix it, I'm happy.
