I'm sorry that you are dealing with the effects of the earthquake. Unfortunately Amazon does not care about your personal life. You run a business and they run a business.

LTL shipments take longer to check in, so hearing you've been waiting since 22 June does not surprise me. There is nothing you can do but wait. Sorry, I don't have better news.

Thank you for the thread. I'm so sorry to hear about this devastating earthquake. I also apologize for the frustration and confusion this shipping situation has caused.

Sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume. That said, if you have any case IDs for this, I'd be happy to take a further look into those cases to make sure everything's on the right track.
