New Lab Test Requirements

Hi all,

We've followed Amazon's new lab test requirements which to request a lab service through the compliance dashboard.

We've go through the process and the lab (i.e Underwriters Laboratories) have uploaded the necessary documents with PASS indications.

To our surprise, our product is being marked as "Rejected" in the compliance dashboard.

We appealed and whoever (or whatever) is responding to our messages, keep asking us to request lab service. The problem is that we already did and the outcome was uploaded few days ago.

Whoever (or whatever) is reading our messages clearly does not understanding the process and this is frustrating.
