A to z claim was closed and counted against my ODR
Hello,
This is a pretty unique situation. Customer opens a return request on 12/17. They never returned the items, so on 12/28 they sent me a message and said where do I return the items (they ordered 2). Right after that (around 15mins) they opened an A to Z claim, claim reason item was different than from what I ordered, but we all know that customers just write anything because this is our main item we been selling for over 10 years. We responded to the message and told them that the directions from the return request will tell them everything they need to know. They finally shipped the items back Jan 2. Amazon automatically refunded them. Jan 4th they finally closed the A to Z claim and said I refunded them but Amazon actually refunded them because they finally initiated the return. Thinking that I refunded them they counted it against my ODR and there is no way to appeal it because it has been closed. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thank you!
