Verifying Identity
My account is deactivated and i don't understand why. I've had it for years and nothing has changed, but now it says it cannot verify my identity. I'm getting the following message:
"We have failed to verify the information that you have provided. If you have further questions, please contact Seller Support."
I've tried using the "appeal" option, I've looked through all my information. Everything seems in order, so i don't know what is the issue. Please help! I'm desperate!

Would you be able to share information on the documentation you have attempted to provide for review?
If the concern is related to the verification, then they will be looking for specific documents that match the account information. Have you verified that every document being provided has matching information to what you have entered into the account? If they identify any mismatching information or are unable to verify the documents themselves, they will be obligated to reject the submission. We will not be able to guarantee a favorable outcome if this occurs.
I do encourage you to provide details such as case IDs or any recent messaging you may have received so more specific guidance can be provided to you.

I wanted to follow up as I have heard back from our team and they have provided very specific instructions for you to utilize to move forward. They have shared that they do need you to navigate towards the account health page in the Brazil marketplace. Once there, please select 'reactivate your account'. This should navigate towards a page that shows both a policy violation next to the Inform act verification concern.
They did state that they will need you to navigate to the 'submit appeal' on the policy violation as this will need to be addressed for you to proceed with the Inform Act verification. I would advise on reviewing your performance notifications to understand what information they are looking for. If you would like assistance with this, please share the details and information you have surrounding the violation so we may provide support.
