Provide proof of liability insurance coverage for the business located outside US

Hello everyone.

I am a citizen of Azerbaijani and my business address is also in Azerbaijan. I need a liability insurance as Amazon requested it. I am FBA seller and have no assets elsewhere outside of US and all my goods are stored in Amazon stock.

Now the problem is that Marsh (Amazon partner) refused to make an insurance coverage of the business which is located in Azerbaijan (business address is Azerbaijan).

Azerbaijani companies denied by law to make insurance of the assets which are not located in Azerbaijan. So we are in trouble here. Has anyone from outside of US faced such a problem? We are out of time and I am afraid Amazon can suspend my account with perfect health. Thank you.
