We added an offer for a Dell monitor and did not see that the seller changed the brand to their own. And then the seller reported that we are selling counterfeit products.

How do we address this violation because Amazon is asking for a proof that we can sell Boomph and not Dell?

@Sandy_AmazonCould you help please? Amazon wants us to provide an authorization from Boomph for a Dell product which obviously does not make any sense. Boomph is not related to Dell in any form.

Thank you for posting here on the forums.

I see that you have received a counterfeit complaint and due to listing changes you are not able to provide the correct documents to resolve this concern.

I was able to reach out to the appropriate team about this particular ASIN and found that the trademarked term BOOMPH is located in the listing under the item description and manufacturer. As this violates the rights owner's intellectual property rights, you must provide proof that BOOMPH has permitted you to utilize their intellectual property and sell their brand or reach out to them to obtain a retraction of the complaint. You may have the option to acknowledge the violation, and if accepted, the violation will be removed from your account. If you take the acknowledgement you will not have the ability to sell that particular ASIN moving forward.

Please let us know which options you have available to you and which option you intend to pursue. If you have any additional questions please reach back out in this thread. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
