Re-verify requested but no banner is available in account info page

Hi all,

In May25th I received a mail "Action required: Re-verify your Amazon seller account". I was on the process but in June 13th the banner in my Account Info Page dissapeared.

I supposed that no additional action was needed but now on June 24th i have received a new remainder mail: "Action required: Re-verify your Amazon seller account [Reminder – 30 days left]"

But I am not able to access to the reverify link because there is no banner in the Account Info Page. There is no warning in Account Health page neither.

Im a bit confused , how should I proceed?

Hi @Yarawi,

When banner disappeared, did you receive any kind of notification either via email or within the account, with a status update?

If you do not see any banners, there is no action required by you. However, please continue to monitor the Account Info and Case Log pages for further updates should you need to take action at a future time.
