Need help for excess inbound shipment
I sent two identical shipments at different times to the same center, the first shipment was told that they couldn't find it, so they credited me, the second shipment arrived and they received it with the products of the first shipment, I try to explain that the excess belongs to the first shipment, they answer me with irrelevant answers, what should I do, Thanks for the helpers
