Hello, my address verification said the address in not invalid. I am Chinese and I am in China. I have US address and Chinese address.

My address is a US apartment address. I can receive packages and cards. That is correct.

The first thing I would like to clarify is what is your store registered with, are you using the address in China or your address in the US?

The next common issue is incorrectly entering the address. I would suggest reviewing the business address section to confirm your address meets our requirements. On the right-hand side, depending on your layout, there are some listed guidelines surrounding the address portion.

You must enter an accurate address that Amazon can locate. P.O. boxes or mailboxes located at remote locations are not acceptable. Some guidelines to keep in mind are:

• Make sure you enter the complete and exact street address for your location.
• Include suite numbers, floors, building numbers, etc.
• Only include information that’s part of your official address.
• For Sellers based in China, address entered in Pinyin is not acceptable.

You did mention having a US apartment, does your address include the apartment or floor numbers if applicable? I would suggest reviewing your information and update it with a the address used to register your store as you may be required to reverify the address you’re providing.
