Account Level Reserve still holds ALL the amount

Dear Amazon Seller Support team,

Case ID 17605152671

After reading all the topics, it seems like it's a "classic" situation here.

I received a couple of times notification that says "We removed the hold on funds in your account" (the first one was on February 22, 2024 !!!)

BUT it didn't happen, and Account Level Reserve still holds ALL the amount on Amazon USA and Canada.

Seems like there is a bug on the Amazon system because NONE of the reasons for an account-level reserve are relevant to me.

I am exhausted and frustrated with the generic and automatic answers like - transferring the case to the relevant team - as you can see on the last open case - it didn't help at all.

I need to pay my bills this week, and my business is dying because of Amazon's fault.

Please help asap

CR back here. I can see that there was a response back on case #17605152671 yesterday and can see from my end that the appropriate partner team is investigating this currently.

Let's continue to stay close to this case for an update from the appropriate team. Please know I will have this on my radar as well, but please do feel free to reach back out on this thread and @ tag me should you not see an update back on the above case in the next few days.
