how do we add FCC ID in the upload template, Immediate action required: Listing(s) at risk of removal
I recently received a notice indicating that two ASINs require updates with FCC ID. Despite following the provided instructions on the email, I've encountered difficulties in manually editing them and using the upload template, as there are no FCC ID section in those ASINs. After reaching out to customer services, they advised me to edit via an upload template, by selecting a template type to add the missing attribute and update the FCC ID in the ASINs. Despite numerous attempts and template downloads, I have been unsuccessful.
Upon further investigation, it appears that the interface has undergone changes, rendering the instructions provided by customer services outdated. I have researched extensively and observed differences in the current interface. Could you kindly assist me in updating the FCC ID?

Thank you for your post. Based off the information you have shared, it seems as though you are dealing with Restricted Product issue with a specific issue regarding FCC ID's being needed. I see that @Seller_f4a7xAPCCSMqD has reached with out with some guidance. My first question would be did this work for you? In addition, is this for a new listing or for an already existing product?
Are the owner of this listing, or did you begin selling the item as a pre-existing ASIN? This may be part of the issue you are seeing as only the listing owner has the right to make changes to the item.
Once you have made these edits, you may still need to submit an appeal from the violation pages themselves. In this case, I would recommend a written explanation detailing the edits you have made to the listing. I would also recommend providing the source of the FCC ID numbers to include any website URL's from the FCC website, screenshots from that website, and any certificates you may have received.
