Delivery ETA now showing January
Hi Amazon Fam,
Is anyone else also showing very long delivery ETAs for their listings? It definitely does not take us 14 days to ship from California to New York or seven days to ship to a city within our own state.
We have one day handling time enabled, with 2-4 business days for delivery. Our OTDR states that two days have been added for promise extensions.
So if a buyer from New York buys from us today, December 13th, ETA should show around 12/23 (with the extensions). But now ETA is showing January 2nd. Is anyone else experiencing this as well? I know this has been a topic of discussion the past few months, but what is the solution to this?
