I have had a campaign running since I started on Amazon Handmade in 2015.

It is the most confusing thing I do here, so don't touch it ever! There are big banners running now that say "blah blah blah" and I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to figure it out. I don't have a clue, it is something about new requirements. But makes absolutely no sense to me. And I am not stupid and have been selling online for over 23 years.

I have one listing on there that it has a Maintenance to be done for it to run (used to be a best seller). I have no idea what the problem is. I have clicked and read and come to the forums. I tried to remove it from the campaign and can't do that either. So I edited the listing.

I will never figure out why Amazon is the absolute hardest venue to understand or get answers to issues.

They changed the forums, it took me months to find handmade forums again, and they are barely active because we lost all the information that we had been gathering for each other when Amazon changed the forums! There really is no longer any community support for Amazon Handmade.

Not to mention that my sales tanked at the end of last year and are totally dead for this year so far. Not even my best sellers sell here any longer. Nothing does.

My motto for over 20 years is to keep quiet about issues with a venue. I don't complain in public forums. But since I get no sales here any longer it does not make any difference, it is not like i am going to lose any income at this point.

Amazon was my second best venue since 2015. It is now my worst.
