identify - US INFORM Consumers Act and in accordance with Section 1

Regarding Seller Identity Verification i'm already providing it several times the entire required by the new US INFORM Consumers Act and in accordance with Section 1 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement. But i still haven't received the reply from amazon or they respond as if they hadn't analyzed the uploaded files.

I kindly hope for a prompt solution to my problem. more than a month without Amazon following up on unlocking my account, causing enormous damage to our company and employees.

Could you please review the documents in this case and help us to open my account?
