Copyright Infringment
A copyright infringement notice has been served to the seller by Amazon. We assumed it's related to an old image that we have used from google. So far we have taken following steps, to counter the claim:
On December 05,2023, we have deleted all the suspected images that violates the intellectual property of the right owner
* We have replaced these infringing images with our own photo shots
* Already informed Amazon about all the corrective actions taken to date
* After an exchange of emails with Amazon, they asked us to write directly to the right owner
* We approached the right owner and requested to withdraw the claim
The right owner never contacted us and neither respond to our mails. Still, the violation active on our listing and we can't remove or uplift our account health score.

Has your account been suspended, or are you just banded from selling the product? There is a big difference in the action taken.

The copyright holder filed with Amazon.
IF this is a true copyright claim, file a DMCA. They will have ten days to file in court to retain the strike against your account. If they do not, then the strike will fall off your account.
Otherwise, the strike will stay with your account for 180 days before it falls off. This assumes that your account is not suspended, of course.
The rights owner is not required to respond to your attempt to contact them. Unfortunately.

Can you please share the corrective POA you shared with amazon. I am going through a same case. The right owner is not responding to the email and the health has taken a hit on our account.

Hi there @Seller_AKDMLe1AlWD5K,
I hope this finds you well!
I understand you have recently received a notification for possible copyright infringement from a rights owner.
As a copyright protects original works of authorship, such as videos, movies, songs, books, musicals, video games, and other like materials, complaints from a rights owner will always been taken seriously. Even when this occurs and, like in your situation, you believe you are operating within full compliance of local, state, and federal laws, the violation on your account health page has been placed there for you to provide evidence of your lawful and compliant listing of an item.

If you have made updates to the listing and removed the infringing images, you will want to proceed with the filing of a DMCA counter-notice, as @Seller_LyYw7fQRKc5G7 has stated.
Alternatively, you may acknowledge the violation and follow the structured questionnaire within the appeal button just to the right of the violation details.
If you have any relevant case IDs or notifications you received, feel free to provide them here so the community and I can better support you.
All the best,
Stevie.
