Deactivation of my account ,i was finally able to get a verification video call
Deactivation of my account ,i was finally able to get a verification video call but i was at the job i picked up due to my Amazon seller being deactivated. (Amazon was my source of income before deactivation). Once i got on the video call the guy didn’t seem like he wanted to do much “helping” he insisted someone was in the car with me and i told him there wasn’t. From there he kept rushing me to gather the information he was asking and again i was at work so i didn’t have the information in front of me so i was literally guessing on information from 1/2 years ago.
I’m asking is there a possibility to get an actual REASON for the deactivation ? Or why they continue to ignore my emails and i can’t request a call or etc they’ve removed that option. It’s going on almost. A year my account has been deactivated and i still dont have a clue as to why or what caused this and when i finally got to speak with someone he was rude and very impatient. Can i request a new verification video interview so i can actually get the information in front of me rather than me just guessing? I wasn’t aware these were the questions i was going to be asked nor do i feel as if i was given a fair chance to provide my documents that are 100% legitimate. I was only asked to provide a form of ID before the video call nothing more.
This is so unfair to Amazon sellers who have made thousands plus for Amazon and this is how LOTS of us feed our families. Is there a possibility i can SPEAK with anyone at Amazon seller headquarters about this matter?I am seeing a lot of threads similar to mine
