I want to follow up on this matter as we facing a significant issue with an inbound shipment ID FBA18MN6C3DC, where multiple units went missing, leading us to file a case with Amazon.
We have already initiated an investigation via the content tab, however, it has already been weeks since we initiated the investigation and we still have not received any response from Amazon
