Well, What's the Amazon support everyday doing?
I registered my seller account on Dec 2023 via face & passport images.
Then, I passed the video verification on Feb 2024, Amazon verificated the Supply chain audit & Account review via a 30 mins long video verification.
Last day, I received an email, that I need to pass the Third-party authentication service provider Persona verification, OR, MY ACCOUNT WILL GET DEACTIAVTED AGAIN.
Why Amazon cannot associate the information with your Third-party authentication service provider ?
Why Amazon need so many times to collect seller information, especially the face & passport information ?
