For Toy Safety: US Publishes ASTM F963-23 is the new standard.
1)No information is received from Amazon as to when will it be implemented.
2)Also what about toys which are already stocked in their ware house
Any idea on when it will be mandatory to have F963-23 and not F963-17

Hello, I read your statement and I believe by US Federal Law the F963-23 goes into effect the week of April 22. After that date, anything manufactured must be compliant to the new standard. Inventory should not be an issue. As for how Amazon will enforce it is still to be seen. We have asked from our side and they are working on it. It isn't an easy answer or requirement for them.
