How to change legal entity name
There is a minor spelling error between the legal name for my business account on Seller Central and the name on the utility bill issued to the company.
This is a case of the legal name on Amazon has no hyphen and includes an “s” while the name on the utility bill has a hyphen but is missing the “s”.
Because of this, Amazon is refusing to verify my account which is now deactivated.

You must use the legal orthograph, means exactly how mentionned on your passport and on your tax documents and business license. Afterwards or you change your settings in the seller account or you make change the name on the utility bill by the providing company.
