Unable to add ASIN to amazon attribution

CASE ID: 17045502071

I submitted a case with amazon regarding my ASIN not showing up in Amazon Attribution. They assigned the case to many agents and were escalated but no solution at all. The case was submitted on 18th January and today i see that the case status is unassigned.

How can i escalate this case or who do i really need to talk. It is frustrating to see this whole drama

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will help where I can. Thanks for the case ID and I see a response from yesterday that they are still looking into the issue. I cannot escalate a case that is still being reviewed. Not sure if you have gone through some of the guides or not, but just in case you haven't, I found a guide in Amazon Ads help to Manage your product-to-brand mapping.

I don't know the cause of your issue because it is still being researched so I am hoping the above guide might help you in the interim.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or if the case is resolved, but you are still having the issue.
