Send phone number through Amazon messages?
Occasionally I receive questions which would be more easily and efficiently answered by a phone call than multiple messages back and forth. Is it permissible to include a contact phone number as part of a response to buyer questions? I wouldn't request or even overtly suggest a call, would just like to make it available as a contact option once in a while if the customer chooses.

You can try, but they will probably block it. I have had the PO website blocked when I tried to send an overseas buyer tracking info. One of the reasons I no longer offer international on Amazon.

Your phone number is probably in your seller information since Amazon has 'outed' all of us.
Just send a message explaining where they have to look to get your number. Have them click on your store name on the listing and your phone number SHOULD pop up as the "Customer Service" number there.
Given the nature of Amazon buyers and sellers, be prepared to speak any of several languages though!
