The placement fee is supposed to take effect from 1st March 2024. I am creating this shipment 02/29/2024 at 11:16pm and still getting charged for it.

Hi @Seller_ldAdu5rk08Ym0, any chance you were able to grab a screenshot or open a case with support showing the charge on the 29th? I'd like to escalate this internally if possible if you're willing to share the case ID.

I noticed that when I list items at 9:00 pm, the date flips into the next day. I'm PT (Nevada) but when I list at 9:00 pm, it lists it according to ET. I learned the hard way when I listed 1000's of DVD's before noticing that anything I thought I listed on Feb 29 (for example), shows up as listed on March 1st. I had to go back and move 100's of DVD's that I listed after 9:00 pm to the correct dates.
