Need help - Amazon incorrectly labeled the units then marked as defective

Hi,

Reference case 17127797231. Please help us reach out to AKC1 (FC location). This issue needs to be resolved as early as possible

A huge number of units that were tagged as "Defective" yesterday are not defective, those units are incorrectly labeled on the Amazon fulfillment center/s upon the receiving of the shipment. It needs to be relabeled on Amazon's fulfillment center end as they mislabeled the products.

Please relabel the units correctly. After the units were correctly relabeled, the units needed to be put back to sellable.

We had the same issue from a different flavor and the fulfillment center/s were successfully relabeled the units correctly. Please refer to case 14875955931 and 15350374251.

I just took a look into your case 17127797231 and do see that the Seller Support team is actively investigating this situation further with the proper internal team. I do need that team to finish their review before I can potentially escalate this further, if needed.

In the meantime, please continue to keep an eye on your case for an update from the team. If this is not resolved once you hear back and the case is closed, please let me know!
