Stuck in FC Processing

We have a shipment that has been stucked in FC processing for over a month now. I have multiple cases open with Amazon and I am only getting automated answers.

Anyone here has found a workaround? These are the automated answers I have so far:

17228308251, 17242187781 &17228308251: Furthermore, we see that 125 units are currently reflected in Reserved inventory under FC processing. After a review, we’ve determined that the units are in reserved status as we are transferring them from one fulfillment center to another. This process may take up to 25 days.

But - per checking in Inventory Ledger we have no other Whse Transfer going on so not sure where FC they are sending our inventory

17249822471 - These units have been sidelined at the fulfillment center for additional processing, such as transshipment, verification of item dimensions, and weight or pending investigations.

Conflicting information, now turns out the units have been sidelined for additional processing, but should it take 1 month and more to do this verification. Note, this is only for 125 units of inventory.

Anyone can help here? We need to resolve this as soon as possible, we cannot sell because of this problem
