How to Access Amazon Sandbox
I am looking around seller central, and AWS. I am not sure how sandbox is used? It is a separate portal? Is sandbox only access as an API? How can I create test orders, fake products, and fake buyers in sandbox? Do I really need to create an account in amazon pay just to do this?

If so, can you confirm if you are looking for a sandbox related to this - Test an application using the SP-API sandbox? The developer site has some additional information on how to use the static and dynamic Selling Partner API sandbox. If I'm on the right track with what you need, then I would also suggest reviewing the developer.amazonservices.com site and contacting the developer support team for more information.
