Can't update bullet point, received violation for a bullet point

Case#17043940641

I've asked support to help me and they just say edit it, but I can't, I change the text and it says the same error.

I fixed this by uploading the flat file with the 1st bullet point adn it solved the issue.

I have Exact same issue for 497 ASIN within last couple of days. And Support team first told me to contact health department. And Health depart told me to contact support team again.

Now getting same response again and again. That edit it. But not allowing to save after edit.

Even tried to update it with Flat file. Although same error.

I tried many good bullet points but it's never validate.

And support team is just headache.

Thanks for reaching out and I am glad to hear that you were able to fix it. The best way to try fix listing issues is to use a feed whenever possible. As the Bullet Point Requirements policy has been recently updated, I would ensure that all of your listings are compliant, as repeat violations (even if it's not the same ASIN) can lead to account suspension.
