Our seller account has been deactivated because we have exhausted all available attempts to request a verification card. The issue is that we never received the card by mail. When we attempt to request a new card, an error message appears: "You have exhausted all available attempts to validate your address. As a result, we have stopped disbursements to your account. You may contact Seller Support if you have any concerns." There is no option provided to request a new card to verify our business address.
I have raised a case and tried to contact Seller Support multiple times but have not received a resolution to this issue. I kindly ask for assistance from Seller Support or anyone who has faced the same problem to help resolve this urgent and serious matter that has put our seller account and business in a difficult situation.

I've reviewed the account and support case, and from what I see is that the bank information wasn't verified. This can be because the address on the statement doesn't match with the one on your account.
Do you have banking statement from the address that you have provided on your account?
