Somehow between Receiving and FC Transfer, 54 of my 90 items went missing. Case no. 16478382681
Somehow Amazon managed to lose 54 of the 90 items I sent in on one of my shipments. Each item was polybagged and labeled individually and all were scanned in at their original destination. Somehow between there and FC transfer 54 of them got lost. I opened a ticket as soon as I saw the shipment close with only 36 of 90. Can you share what your inventory ledger is currently showing for all of these units as of today? Is it possible any are in reserved or still awaiting FC Transfer receipt?
