Possible Scam Issue
Hi there,
I am a new seller and I think I have been a victim of a possible scam. My listing is very new and randomly on March 10th and March 11th, I started getting extra sales which put me in doubt first then I thought may be I got lucky but after few days I started to see unclear messages in Voice of Customer section from same customers who specifically made purchases during March 10 and March 11. Out of many messages, one of the message was "Item was cheaply made & sent to scammer" and then same customer gave me one star product rating and in the review they wrote "Quality isn’t good, cheaply made". Now for the quality I am pretty confident that it isn't cheap and in fact I got one review with images and video that proves it too. I have also tried to contact same customer through amazon so that I can get more details and still waiting.
Other suspicious thing that makes me believe that its a possible scam that only returns/refunds that I have got so far are from same customers who ordered my product on March 10 and March 11.
I was not sure if I am allowed to share listing details like ASIN and review snapshots therefore I have tried to keep it generic but I am open to share details if someone form community can help me with what options do I have!
