Product Removed Due To Expiration Date Issues
I sell a product that has the manufacturing date on the back rather than the expiration date. It says below the manufacturing date in small text that the product is good for 24 months after the date listed.
Amazon has disabled my ability to sell this product due to customers returning the product claiming it's expired, but they're actually mistaking the manufacturing date with the expiration date. It's an honest mistake but it's been very tough to get it relisted on Amazon.
I've updated the product description to remind customers the date on the back is the manufacturing date, and the product is still good for 24 months after the date shown.
Any tips for me fellow amazon sellers? i'd really like to get this back to selling as it's one of my more popular products.

As you mentioned there is no printed expiration date on the product, only a manufacturing date with text. When reviewing our expiry date requirements help page, does your labeling meet our requirements? Does the product expire or lose effectiveness? Depending on the specifics of the product we may require the listing be updated or that new expiry date labels are provided to meet these expectations.
