My Amazon UK account has been Dectivated due to link to my JP account

Hello

I have received an email telling that my UK account has been deactivated due to link another account. After call with UK account health they told me that I need to complete ID verification with my JP account it is my fault I was not aware of my JP account being linked to my UK account. I have been selling in UK account for 4 years without any problem so I thought it will get fix quickly as we are legitimate well established business.

So I have completed video verification on 31st of October for and it was showing that full verification will take 72 hours today is 12th November still I did not get email for full verification, I had several call and email exchanges with account health to be honest they are very kind helpful but no one can say how long this will take as I am not new seller I do have fund been blocked and FBA stocks stranded this is what really hurting us.

I was wondering if anyone could say how long exactly it will take for full verification.
