My frustration comes in the fact that I can't seem to get the Executive Support Team or the Internal Team to answer my problem

I am a big seller on Amazon and My frustration comes in the fact that I can't seem to get the Executive Support Team or the Internal Team to understand that this is a major issue with cellphone coin battery, they just don't care at amazon, I am wasting hours spinning around, they have customers service who barely understand english answering from another country outside the USA and just asking question for a half an hour to tell you that they need to open a ticket and then no one really care or they just drop the call pretending it was disconnected, they removed hundreds of our listings after asking for a safety lab test for a battery we are using on all of our wrist watches after sending the battery to a lab they approved 3 watches then come up with an excuse that the images do not match, when we explained that its the same battery we are using on all of the watches, they are expecting us to send every watch to the lab and get it tested it cost $300 per watch to test, this will turn to a legal issue and I am trying to reach amazon for two month to speak to a Rep and they keep transferring me to the wrong people and wasting my time, its terrible they are just careless.
