INFORM ACT TIC NOT ACCEPTED

So I also got this email about INFORM ACT and as I try to enter my TIC the system doesn't accept it and I cannot proceed. I have also the document which supports my TIC and system does not let me to submit. The problem is that Amazon gives me a deadline of 10 days and I don't want my account to be deactivated from the moment I have everything they are asking me for.

You can find the most up to date information on the Inform Act and verification process here. I would also suggest that you open a seller support case. Once you have the case id number, kindly post that into this chat. I will be able to monitor and get your case escalated to our internal registration team for better assistance.
