I registered in the GS1 but am still unable to create new listings on the second day. keep facing error 8567

Good Afternoon @UNION_DELTA_CO_L_810 - It looks like you have two cases open with Selling Partner Support regarding this issue. it looks like the case you opened yesterday is being transferred to the proper team as we speak and you should be hearing back from them soon.
