'[product_description]' is required but not supplied. Need help
Hello,
So 30+ of our listings received an error "'[product_description]' is required but not supplied. I tried editing from the Amazon Edit option, and I have tried updating via a File but nothing worked. Have opened several cases with Amazon but those are also of no help. The new Case ID is 15308223501.
I need help with this on how can I resolve this issue for this listing and other listings that have similar issues.

so quick update: Amazon run around has started. Even though I am an Authorized seller of a Brand, Amazon is telling me that you are not authorized. I have submitted the authorization letter and other documents 10 times.
Waiting for you guys to step in and tell me how can I resolve this issue.

Same thing is happening to us. 500 of our products are showing as missing description but when we edit the product the description is there.
