I am experiencing an issue with my brand registration. A few days before my brand registration was approved, my listings were removed due to a Product Policy Violation, specifically "Trademark Misuse" After receiving brand registration, I added it to Brand Registry. I have opened numerous cases, but I am unable to get my listings relisting. They keep insisting on a Letter of Authorization (LOA). I don't understand why I should provide an LOA to myself when I already have the authority over my company. I haven't had such an issue with my other brands. Furthermore, I have two other listings using the same brand, and they are still active and selling. I don't understand why I received this warning for the others, and I can't find a solution. By the way, I have user permission to use the brand in both Selling Accounts. Despite this, they still require an LOA. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and found a solution?
