Problem with selling application - "Under Review" for months
Hello,
Can someone please offer advice regarding my selling application? I applied in October and it was declined. I was advised to submit additional information and it has since been placed under review for four months. I have contacted seller support multiple times via email and phone. Each time I am told to wait or to reapply which is not possible. My resubmitted documentation, screenshots of issues with the system and requests for help are essentially going unanswered.
The Case ID I'm referring to is as follows: 14022546051.
I also had to open a new Case Log ID 14696394921that has the additional documentation requested and communication regarding the lack of progress associated with my original selling application.
Has anyone successfully navigated this situation? Is there any way to reach the selling application team under these circumstances?
