Does Amazon care about you or your money
We are an American small business and we set out to become an Amazon seller through completely legal means. But Amazon does not support us at all on this path. Amazon cannot find a solution to these hijackers (suspending them seems to be the best solution), I will close my store soon because it is really unreasonable to sell under these conditions. And once businesses like us that are trying to do their job right are shut down, the entire platform will be left to these hijackers. That's what Amazon wants. We spent thousands of dollars on the listing, the production phase of the product, professionally preparing listing photos, and advertising, but at this point, our listing has been compromised and Amazon is not doing anything. Yes, I am brand registered, and I have patents and trademarks. Amazon does not care. I can't sign up with Project Zero because I have tried to file complaints against these companies and Amazon just denies it.
Way to look out for the little guys

You are a fairly new seller? A few months in? Did you do any research ahead of time? Amazon will not hold your hand and quite frankly doesn't care about you and your store. They are a business and have gotten too big for their britches, so they do need to scale back and figure out where to go from here.

Hi there @Seller_3bcZaJkMmBDuc
I hear you on this. A lot of us here that work with you sellers share your frustration when it comes to these "hijackings". That being said, we are here to help and to continuously report these instances to the proper team to hopefully one day eliminate this problem altogether.
I would love to help out here with the issues you have and hopefully give you a little spark back in your selling journey. And I also want to make sure these brands are investigated properly if they're violating our policies.
If you would like my help, please send over some more specific information on what's happening along with any case ID's that I can look at!

the very month after my record 2023 sales of 1m gross, I discovered that I was mistaken.
added restrictions on brands that are in fact not even spurred by the brands (I've talked to reps personally about it) have broken so many listings by bots removing information and then suppressing them out of nowhere but not letting me fix them like I used to spend hours and hours doing as well as the inability to make new listings shaved my 2024 sales by nearly 50% makes me assume otherwise.

Its not that Amazon does not care about their third party sellers.. It is that Amazon actually despises and resents their third party sellers. Amazon HATES us.
Amazon considers us third party sellers to be a necessary evil, for the moment. Us third party sellers are kept here in order to create new ideas / products. Amazon will make money from third party sellers while studying us and our products so they can later steal our ideas if these ideas prove successful.
Once an idea proves successful Amazon will copy our idea, finding our sources, undercut us and set their algorithm to destroy our sales. Amazon is a parasite.

Amazon is an American corporation operating on the capitalist model. It is responsible only to its Board of Directors and its shareholders. It is responsible for keeping profits as high as possible and costs as low as possible so that it can deliver increased stock values for its shareholders and other investors. (Amazon does not pay dividends to its shareholders, relying instead on its share price increasing quarter upon quarter.) It is not interested in you or your company, EXCEPT as a vehicle for increased share prices. If you are deemed to be an asset to the company, Amazon will leave you alone. If, for any reason, you are seen to be a drain on the company's potential or actual profitability, you are toast. Handholding new Amazon sellers is a cost, and at the beginning of a seller's life with Amazon, the profit potential of that seller is an unknown. Amazon has, fortunately, given a great deal of help in Seller University for both new and experienced sellers. But with a pool of potentially-profitable sellers everywhere on the planet waiting in the wings, they have little time (i.e. money) to spend on helping you get your business started and running smoothly. This, unfortunately, is just Capitalist Economics 101. If you want things to be different (if, for example, you would like oligarchs like Jeff Bezos to have less power over your entire economic life) you might have think about voting for people who argue that we need to do things in a slightly different way.

If you can learn to think of Amazon as the Borg it should help you understand what you're dealing with here.
