Cannot update Generic Keywords

Hey guys,

I hope you are all doing great!

I have recently started selling on Amazon using Printify integration (POD). I have already got my brand approval so I'm not selling as generic. I have uploaded 12 products so far (t-shirts) but I''m having a problem when trying to update generic keywords or even SKU handling time.

No matter if I'm using a single keyword or multiple ones and no matter how many times I save this, none of them will get saved. I have been waiting for a few days and still, nothing has been updated.

I thought it might be because of the integration but I have tried also with Printful integration and got the same issue. I have tested from both Firefox and Brave browsers and the result was the same. Am I doing something wrong or what is the problem?

Just to clarify, are you trying to update the generic keywords through your Manage Inventory Page or through the Printify site?

If you are updating generic keywords on Seller Central through the Manage Inventory Page, my colleague @Michelle_Amazon wrote a fabulous discussion -->HERE<-- that might be able to help you out. You can also reach out to Selling Partner Support as they can help troubleshoot this issue as well.

If you are updating keywords through Printify, you will need to contact their support team for help as we cannot provide any guidance on their platform. Thank you for understanding and have a good night.
