Urgent Help Needed - Account Deactivated Due to Inauthentic Complaint (Despite Authentic Documents)
Hello Amazon Seller Community,
I am facing a frustrating issue with my Amazon seller account deactivation due to an inauthentic complaint. However, I have purchased my inventory directly from the brand (Eltron) and submitted all required documents multiple times, but Amazon keeps rejecting them with the response:
"We do not have enough information to reinstate your account."
Here’s what I have already provided:
✅ Invoice from the Brand (on letterhead, with all details).
✅ Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the brand.
✅ Bank Statement showing payment proof.
✅ Order Confirmation Email.
✅ Tracking Confirmation.
Despite multiple submissions, Amazon's system automatically rejects the appeal without proper review. I believe this is a misunderstanding, and I am looking for guidance on how to escalate this matter effectively.
💡 Questions for the Community:
Has anyone faced a similar issue where Amazon keeps rejecting invoices despite them being 100% genuine?
How can I ensure my case is reviewed by a human investigator instead of an automated system?
Are there any specific escalation strategies that have worked for other sellers?
I appreciate any advice or guidance from experienced sellers or Amazon moderators.
Best Regards,

There is only one document that Amazon wants to see, Your Commercial Credit Account invoice from the manufacturer. Amazon knows what a commercial invoice includes. An invoice is used when Your USA business has a retail commercial credit account with the manufacturer. Most all invoices include all of the following:
- YOUR: business name, business address, business phone, sales tax exempt number, your EIN number, your credit line, and terms of sale
- MANUFACTURER’S: address, phone, EIN number, account Rep’s name & phone number
- PRODUCT’S: quantity, SKU-Model number,
- DISCOUNTS PROCESSES ON THIS PURHASE: quantity, sale, specials
- TERMS OF SHIPPING: method, who pays, company used, tracking number
- TERMS OF PAYMENT: 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, interest assessed
Some have more, but they all use the same basic format. Even when you call and make a small online order and pay by credit card, an invoice is still sent to you separately containing all of the above.

Letters of Authorizations, the trick request by Amazon.
Did you notice that Amazon always asks for a manufacturer’s invoice first, then asks for/or a letter of authorization? Amazon knows how businesses operate.
If you have a commercial retailers account with a manufacturer, your invoice as described above will suffice. You will not need a Letter of Authorization because the invoice says it all. If you really need one, your manufacturer Rep handling your account could get one for you.
If you do not actually have a commercial account with the manufacturer, Amazon knows companies will not give any letter of authorization to individuals without a commercial account.

What you need is a commercial invoice from your distributor—specifically, the where they are buying the Eltron item from. Please ask them to take a clear picture of the invoice and send it to you. They should make sure to black out or erase the price they paid for the item and the total amount. I believe Amazon will accept this as valid documentation to support your claim.Let me know if you have any questions.

Hello
Make sure these ones are from the brand, not from the distributor. And send JPG not PDF
