セラーアカウントを解除したのですが、解除できないでいるようです。何をすればいいか、分かりません。教えていただけないでしょうか。個別の解決方法でないと解決できないと思いますので、amazon担当者と連絡を取りたいです。どのようにすれば、連絡が取れるか教えていただけないでしょうか。

I understand that you want to close your account and you are running into some issues and I am here to help.
I've reviewed your account on my end and you are currently deactivated and will have to you first need to complete a virtual identity verification on a video call. You will not be able to close the account until you can attend the video call.
To reserve a time for the interview, follow the instructions shared in Performance Notifications. (That tab is located on the top left hamburger menu of your seller account.)
Once the video interview has been completed our partner team will follow-up with you and provide the outcome and next steps that you need to take.
You can also utilize the yellow "Call me now" button located in the Performance --> Account Health tab in your account to get in touch with a live specialist that can go over any other question you may have.
