Can't Request Review for any of my orders

Hi,

I have about 50 orders for the past month, and I now tried to request reviews for them. But none of them work, I tried about 10. It just tells me:

"Not eligible at this time - You have already requested a review for this order."

But I haven't... is there an automated feature that could be turned on? I can't find anything?

The date range is between 5 and 30 days, I'm not connected to an external third-party app (used to have JungleScout but cancelled as I wasn't making any money).

Any suggestions/advice?

Our system does request reviews on your behalf already so that might be what is blocking you here. However, I would suggest reaching out to Seller Support to see if they can help troubleshoot the issue a bit deeper.
