Do I need to manually request a review for those Vine orders?

I am new as an Amazon seller and recently signed up for the Vine program. The first order was shipped to customers 8 days ago and so far I have not received any reviews.
Questions: do I need to click 'request a review' on the order page? If so, in your experience, how many days do you wait after receiving the product to request a review?
I really appreciate your help.

For Vine, you don't have to do anything, to get the reviews.... Amazon will handle it.
In my experience, the reviews can take anywhere from a few days to weeks. It depends on the nature of the product if it can be easily reviewed right away. Some products need time to use before Vine reviewers can make their opinions.
