Brand name not showing in search result display | sales dropping HARD
Hello.
My sales have decreased A LOT ever since Amazon decided to just remove my Brand Name from the search result display! The impressions are the same but much much less clicks and much less conversion!!!
I checked the title attribute and it's correct. When I go into my product detail page the title is also correct. Only when I enter the most relevant keyword and check the product name - my brand name wont show!
I tried to contact SellerSupport but they always give auto-generated answers that dont help at all.. Is there anyone who has solved this problem? I am not sure why they are doing this to my brand all of a sudden but it very clearly effects my business negatively!

I understand your branded product is not showing up in a search by your most relevant keyword. I don't know what that keyword is, but I can tell you that Amazon determines the relevancy of search terms automatically in order to optimize search results and improve the customer experience. As a result, the terms deemed relevant may change over time as Amazon gathers data. This process is automated and Amazon may not use all search terms supplied by sellers.
Your search terms can also be eliminated, if you have used prohibited search terms such as competitors' brand names, ASINs, or offensive language. For more information on how to optimize and improve your product discoverability, go to Optimize your product discoverability.

No I am not talking about my product not showing up on the search results. It IS showing up! The problem is my BRAND NAME is missing from the product title that is displayed!
The product title attribute contains my brand name, so does my product detail page. Just the search result doesnt show my brand name in the title!

The brand name from your product title on your page will be removed next, it is already happening to many sellers, started a couple weeks ago and is working its way through the system.
They are calling this an experiment but it is in fact an unannounced change, IMHO the goal is to hide all the chinese brand names but others are getting caught up in the purge.
It may return to normal for awhile making you think the problem was solved but it will return.
Brand name removal from search results has been happening since late October 2023 and product page removal began Feburary 15, 2024, at least for me anyway
